1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

In its original packaging with all tags attached.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned:

Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or mishandling after delivery.

Gift cards (if applicable).

Personalized or custom-made products.

Intimate or hygiene-related items (for health and safety reasons).

2. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization

Once your request is received, our support team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the return address provided by our team.

3. Refunds (Including Cash on Delivery Orders)

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund within 2–3 business days

4. Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted

Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.

A) Standard Refunds (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.)

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

B) Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are not issued in cash. Instead, you can choose from the following options:

Store Credit: Receive store credit equal to your refund amount for future purchases on Finemart. (Fastest method)

Bank Transfer: Receive your refund via direct bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, and Routing Number). Processing time for bank transfers may take a few additional business days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us using the information below. Exchanges are subject to product availability

6. Return Shipping Costs & Lost Packages

Finemart covers the return shipping cost for approved return requests.

All return packages are insured; however, customers are encouraged to keep their return tracking number until confirmation of receipt.
